Details:

This tractor lives on a trailer which is 22' long. Dana differentials front and rear. The 51 blower has new chains, bearings, and hoses. I typically run the 6' until snow encroaches sidewalks too much in winter, then switch to 5' spring or widen it with snowblower.

I had this articulating bearing replaced 3 years ago and have been greasing it every 4 hours ever since. I don't mow my own yard and want to others so keep the mower ownership under hat. The 70 snowblower has been dismantled but can be put back together.

5 skid steer tires and wheels which ride awful are worn out. One is in the picture and other a truck loading chute for dump if you live tight areas can't throw snow into someones yard or ditch. Another is a set of wide turf tires and wheels for summer mowing, the last when using with broom, walkways are one pass event even if its still snowing. The brooms are sweepstakes.

The mower comes with it and is in really good shape. The PTO clutch has been replaced last winter. It has new augers included. I use the de-icier pump to water over broom in dusty conditions summer months.

The attachments: it has 2 snow blowers 51 and a 70, brooms 5' 6' 1 v-blade for sidewalks, deicer unit, 1-14' wide lawn mower, sanding unit. One is 6' wide and the other 5. Condition is used. The v blade is a western.

I don't use the PTO for much other than snowblowers. Trackless mt5 municipal tractor with attachments and spares, all in one machine. The trailer is going to be sold separately for 5k. Of these, I use the brooms 6', de-icier, and snowblowers most.

This is the best way i've found to transport it with an extra attachment. I've never used the truck loading chute. I am getting out of the business now and selling off inventory. It is a 2018 model trailer.

I used it once to do a pasture and try out. It is 4' taller than the one in picture and looks shiny new. Most of the hydraulic hoses have been replaced as with couplets at end. I have most of the new parts for it.

The tractor articulates in middle and requires greasing every 8 hours. The back 14' of trailer tilts and front stays in place. It has a 1 year old water pump.

It has 3 sets of wheels and tires, 2 which are like new. It may be useless. I use it to do construction sweeping in the summer as well. Heres the details:tractor has a 100hp 4bt Cummins engine.

The mower uses PTO for section of mower, but I haven't been using. The de-icier unit is a simple 65 gallon tank with pump and sprayer nozzles off back. PTO driven, hydraulics lift it and turn the chute.

Some of the u-joints are new, but all in good shape. The sander comes with it of course, but when I got had sand stored in and shaft wan't turning. Hydro stat driven. This machine has had a business grown around it.

I typically don't use it either since have the snowblower attachment, but is included so if you want. It is getting used until sold so the hours are going to go up. The engine has had oil changed every 100 hours or less.

One set is a of 16 studded truck tires for use in the winter. The chutes for snowblowers come in 2 different sizes.
