Details:

8,827 resealed left and right lift cylinders tilt cylinder 10,535 installed new cat. 10, 963 installed complete re-man cat motor and all new components including prelude starter, turbo, oil pump fuel system. The seat and controls are as new, there is no damage or cracks in any of sheet metal dozer arms blade.

10,535 removed track frames, rebuilt adjuster and installed a complete new cat heavy duty. The major items rebuilt are as listed: 8,616 installed new bearings and pins in hard nose.

The pictures are current as we pulled machine out of storage to take them on, 963 resurfaced bell housing, re-bearing and sealed torque converter. Cylinder packs, rod main bearings, remain head, oil pump, turbo, injectors and rebuilt injection pump 10,535 installed new pins seals on equalizer bar removed blade grunions ends push arms track frames ,963 re-bearing seal accessory pumps. 11,245 installed new fuel tank, hand sanded and repainted complete machine. Undercarriage w 28 pads 10,960 removed controls rebuilt differential steering and blade controls, new levers, bearings pins.

There is approx 290 hour since motor, torque and blade was rebuilt, 750 hrs on new undercarriage. The machine looks and operates as new best of all doesn't require def fluid. This machine has been in our garage since being rebuilt, we installed new batteries last year and tested stockpile, hence the paint wear. The blade face is like new and shows hardly any wear, this machine also equipped with upper carrier roller, rear counter weight a pre-lube system.

This 1995 Caterpillar D-8N crawler dozer, has been well maintained and operates as new, with an extensive list of new parts installed. 10, 963 resealed and pressure tested trans cooler. 10, 960 removed blade assembly, bored, pinned and bushed complete assembly including stabilizer bar.

10, 963 resealed belt pensioner and fan hub. This machine has only pushed dirt and never been in rock or other harsh conditions.
