Paperwork and manual included. Forklift guard included, not pictured. See short video, Obvious findings: battery not holding charge but only 5 years old, needs at least new spark plugs, original cushion tires, small hydraulic fluid leak. We knew the previous owners, who used it once a month to move and load pallet's on trucks from ground level garage.

Cool nostalgic piece. We were able to start it, move, and lift/lower/tilt fork. Needs TLC but can be made operational.
