The good news is that engine was rebuilt around this my late father-in-laws toy and he used it on family projects. The tires are in good shape.

It has very low hours for a backhoe built in the late 1970's. Now the bad news: this is a manual shuttle machine and brass synchronize in clutch needs replaced. Also, several of the hydraulic cylinders do leak.
